We care about your privacy. We're careful with your data, how we process it and who we share it with. This document explains what happens to your data when you interact with us and this site, and your data rights pertaining to any data we collect.

What Data We Collect

As part of your shopping journey with us, we will collect certain personal data from your during the checkout process. We are committed to your privacy and certainly not in the business of sharing/selling/abusing your data. No Marketing Unless Specifically Requested

Unless you specifically authorise us to do so, we will NOT use any of your data for marketing purposes - it will only be used in the course of processing your order with us, e.g., to send your order confirmation emails, to contact you by phone with any queries regarding your order, and to be able to delivery your order to your chosen location.

As part of the order fulfilment process, we may share your details with one or more of the following companies, our logistics and software providers:

Pakk

Pakk is our trusted e-commerce and order processing platform. Your data is stored and processed securely on Pakk servers, but is not visible to Pakk employees unless we specifically give them access for bug solving. Data processed by Pakk includes personal data you submit when placing and order, as well as the contents of your cart and favourites list.

Google Analytics

(Optional) If you allow us to, we send completely anonymous data relating to your interactions with our site for processing and analysis in Google Analytics. This does not include any data that can identify you as an individual.

Stripe

If you choose to pay by card, your payment may be handled by Stripe, which is fully GDPR and PCI compliant. In fact, we don't see your card details at all, they are handled directly by Stripe's world class, secure system. In order to achieve this, we need to share a few details with them, like the total to be charged to your card.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, we will transmit details of your purchase to them in order for them to process your payment.

Data Will Normally Be Stored Indefinitely

Data will normally be stored on systems indefinitely. You always have the right to either (a) request to see any data we hold about you, or (b) request to have your contact personal details removed permanently. In either case, please send an email to our customer service department and we will deal immediately with your request.

Please note that for operational and legal reasons we are unable to delete historical transactional records (i.e. orders you have placed with us). Also please note that portions of your data may be held by some of the third-parties listed. You can request GDPR data deletion from these third-parties by contacting them directly.
